Position Overview:

The SayPro Classified Content Coordinator at the SayPro Classified Office plays a crucial role in maintaining the quality and organization of classified ads. This position primarily involves assisting in managing and categorizing ad content, ensuring that all classified ads are correctly tagged and classified according to SayPro’s standards. The role will focus on content oversight, ensuring that ads are categorized appropriately, and supporting the effective use of the SayPro Monthly SCMR-5 (SayPro Monthly Classified Tag Management). The content coordinator will work under the guidance of the SayPro Marketing Royalty SCMR to help streamline and enhance ad content management across the platform.

Responsibilities:

  1. Content Management & Organization:
    • Assist in Ad Content Management: Support the SayPro Classified Office in overseeing the lifecycle of classified ads, from submission to final publication. Ensure ads adhere to the company’s guidelines and maintain quality and consistency.
    • Tagging Ads for Categorization: Ensure all classified ads are tagged correctly to improve visibility and searchability across the platform. Tags must be aligned with the latest trends and best practices set by the SayPro Marketing Royalty SCMR.
    • Tag Accuracy and Consistency: Regularly review ads to verify that tags are correctly applied and update tags as needed based on changes to categories, keywords, or other criteria.
  2. Monthly Tag Management:
    • SayPro Monthly SCMR-5 Tag Management: Assist in the creation and management of tags for classified ads in accordance with the SayPro Monthly SCMR-5 guidelines. This includes creating new tags, reviewing existing ones, and ensuring that all ads are tagged in a way that enhances search functionality and ad organization.
    • Create and Update Tag Categories: Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that tag categories reflect current trends, seasonal events, and market needs. Maintain an up-to-date repository of all tags.
  3. Collaboration with SayPro Marketing Royalty SCMR:
    • Ensure Marketing Alignment: Work closely with the SayPro Marketing Royalty SCMR team to ensure that the tag management system aligns with marketing strategies, including keyword optimization, promotional efforts, and audience targeting.
    • Support Ad Campaigns: Assist in organizing and tagging ads for specific marketing campaigns or promotions to ensure the proper audience can easily access the relevant content.
  4. Monitoring and Reporting:
    • Track Ad Performance: Regularly monitor the performance of classified ads, analyzing how well tags and categories are performing. Provide feedback to the marketing team about what tags or categories are generating more engagement.
    • Generate Reports: Assist in the creation of reports to track the effectiveness of the tagging system. This includes tracking ad visibility, engagement rates, and ensuring ad content is aligned with the platform’s goals.
  5. Ad Quality Control:

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Content Management Experience: Previous experience in content management, especially in classified or online advertising platforms, is highly desirable.
