Responsibilities:

  1. Track SEO Performance of Pages and Tags:
    • Monitor and analyze the SEO performance of pages and tags within the SayPro Classified Office system. This includes tracking various metrics such as organic traffic, bounce rates, time on page, and conversion rates for different classified ads and categories.
    • Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs to measure the success of SEO strategies, specifically focusing on the impact of the tags and how they are helping to categorize ads effectively.
    • Regularly analyze performance data and prepare reports to identify key trends, challenges, and areas for improvement in terms of SEO visibility and user engagement.
  2. Analyzing Tag Effectiveness:
    • Review and evaluate how well tags are performing in terms of SEO visibility. This includes understanding which tags are bringing in the most organic traffic, which are ranking highest in search engine results, and which tags may need optimization.
    • Compare the performance of specific tags (such as those related to categories, products, or locations) to ensure that the tagging system is both user-friendly and optimized for search engines.
    • Make recommendations for improvements based on performance analysis, including refining tag structures or adding new tags based on emerging trends and ad types.
  3. SayPro Monthly January SCMR-5 SEO Tracking:
    • Focus on the specific tag and page performance outlined in SayPro Monthly January SCMR-5. This includes reviewing previous month’s results and adjusting strategies where necessary. You will track how ads and categories have performed in the past month and apply insights to inform ongoing SEO work.

  4. Create and Manage Tags:

    • Categorize ads effectively by selecting the right keywords and phrases that are likely to be searched by users while ensuring that the tags are descriptive, relevant, and easily understandable.
    • Stay updated on the best practices for tag management, such as limiting overuse or repetition of tags, ensuring that each tag adds unique value, and avoiding tags that might be too generic or broad.
  5. Collaborate with SayPro Marketing Royalty SCMR:
    • Work closely with the SayPro Marketing Royalty SCMR team to ensure that the tagging strategy aligns with broader marketing goals and campaigns.
    • Ensure that SEO efforts and the tagging strategy align with promotional campaigns, seasonal offers, or changes in consumer behavior.
    • Provide SEO insights and recommendations to the marketing team to help drive organic traffic and improve overall ad visibility.
  6. Optimization and Continuous Improvement:
    • Use keyword research tools to identify new keywords and phrases for use in tags that can improve the SEO performance of the classified ads.
    • Implement SEO best practices in tag management, ensuring tags are properly formatted, relevant, and consistently applied across all ad categories and listings.
    • Regularly update and refresh tags to avoid keyword fatigue and ensure that content is aligned with evolving search trends.
    • Continuously optimize tag performance by testing different variations of tags, analyzing the results, and iterating based on data.
  7. Reporting and Recommendations:
    • Provide monthly and quarterly SEO reports to the management team outlining key metrics and performance trends related to SEO tags and page performance.
    • Offer recommendations for enhancing the tag management process based on data-driven insights, including refining current strategies and implementing new techniques.
    • Collaborate with other departments, such as content, UX/UI, and development, to ensure that SEO best practices are being followed across all digital properties within the SayPro Classified system.
  8. Stay Current with SEO Trends and Algorithm Changes:
    • Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in SEO, including Google algorithm changes, industry trends, and new tools that could help optimize SEO efforts within the SayPro Classified system.
    • Attend webinars, read SEO-related blogs, and participate in relevant training to continuously improve SEO knowledge and skills.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an SEO Analyst or in a similar SEO role.
  • Strong understanding of SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar platforms.
  • Knowledge of on-page and off-page SEO techniques and best practices.
  • Familiarity with keyword research and the ability to apply insights to tag creation and SEO strategy.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate and interpret SEO reports.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Understanding of the SayPro Classified system and its integration with SEO strategies is a plus.
