Objective: The primary objective for this quarter is to ensure the continuous protection of user data by conducting monthly SSL (Secure Socket Layer) security audits across all SayPro platforms, especially the Classified section. These audits are crucial in maintaining the integrity and security of encrypted data transmission, ensuring user trust and safeguarding sensitive information.

Action Plan:

• Monthly SSL Security Audits: A team will be designated to perform detailed monthly security audits to verify the proper functioning of SSL certificates. These audits will check for vulnerabilities, expired certificates, and any misconfigurations that could compromise secure data transmission.
• SSL Encryption Implementation: All web traffic related to SayPro platforms, including the Classified sections, will be encrypted using SSL protocols. This step will be integral to protecting both user data and system integrity.
• SSL Certificate Renewal & Validation: Regular renewal and validation of SSL certificates will be carried out to ensure continuous protection of all encrypted data channels.
• Monitoring Tools: Implement automated tools that continuously monitor SSL certificates, alerting the team if any issues arise, such as certificate expiry or weak encryption standards.

Action Plan:

• Certificate Deployment: The SayPro Classified Office, under SayPro Marketing Royalty SCMR (Sales and Client Management Resources), will be responsible for the deployment of SSL certificates across the Classified platform. This will ensure that the entire user experience, from browsing to submitting classified ads, occurs securely.
• Implementation in Phases: Depending on the platform’s architecture, SSL certificates will be deployed in phases, starting with the most sensitive areas, such as the ad submission forms, payment processing systems, and user registration/login pages.
• Compliance & Testing: The SSL certificates will be configured in line with the latest security standards and tested for compliance with international data protection regulations, including GDPR and other relevant legal frameworks.
• User Notification: Notify users about the SSL encryption implementation through banners or pop-up messages, reassuring them that their data is securely transmitted.

Target Timeline:

• January SCMR-5: By the end of January, SayPro will have completed the implementation of SSL certificates for secure data transmission across the Classified platform. Regular audits will begin, and continuous monitoring will be in place to ensure that the SSL encryption remains active and effective.
