Objective:
The goal is to establish a system that collects user feedback regarding the subscription plans for classified ads and then use that data to refine and improve these offerings based on user needs and suggestions. This will help improve user satisfaction, engagement, and retention in the SayPro Classified platform.


1. Design Feedback Collection Mechanism

Task Description:
Design and implement a system for gathering user feedback on the existing subscription plans. This feedback should cover aspects such as pricing, features, user experience, and value for money.

Subtasks:

  • Surveys and Polls Creation:
    • Develop and launch a user-friendly survey/poll system that allows users to rate their satisfaction with the subscription plans.
    • Include multiple choice and open-ended questions to collect both quantitative and qualitative data.
    • Example survey questions might include:
      • “How satisfied are you with the current subscription options?”
      • “What additional features would you like to see in a subscription plan?”
