Reporting to: SayPro Marketing Royalty


2. Role: Content Creators/Trainers

Core Function: Content Development

As a Content Creator/Trainer for SayPro’s Role Management course, your primary responsibility is to develop, structure, and deliver high-quality training materials that help learners understand how to assign roles, manage permissions, and configure administrative settings on the SayPro platform. This training supports the implementation of SCMR-5 (SayPro Classified Management & Role Configuration).


Key Responsibilities

  1. Content Creation:
    • Research, plan, and write training materials including:
      • Training manuals (PDF/print-friendly)
      • Slide decks (e.g., PowerPoint or Google Slides)
      • Step-by-step tutorials with screenshots or video demonstrations
    • Ensure all materials are aligned with SayPro Monthly January SCMR-5 objectives and reflect the standards of the SayPro Classified Office.
  2. Role & Permission Modules:
    • Develop lessons that explain how to:
      • Assign user roles (e.g., Moderator, Administrator, Contributor, Editor, Viewer)
      • Configure permissions (e.g., who can post ads, approve content, delete listings)
      • Set up role hierarchies and approval workflows
    • Demonstrate best practices for securing admin roles and preventing unauthorized access.
  3. Platform Simulation:
    • Build or assist in building a sandbox environment or mock-up version of the SayPro Classified platform to use in demonstrations.
    • Simulate real-life scenarios (e.g., admin assigning a new content creator) and create exercises for learners to practice.
  4. Collaborative Development:
    • Work with other instructional designers, developers, and the SayPro IT support team to verify role functionality.
    • Ensure all material reflects current platform updates and admin panel layouts.
  5. Localization and Accessibility:
    • Make content accessible and translatable to multiple languages and for users with disabilities (following SayPro’s DEI values).
    • Simplify complex tech concepts for non-technical users using analogies and visuals.
  6. Course Packaging and Publishing:
    • Package the training as a downloadable course (PDF, SCORM, or LMS module).
    • Upload and publish content on the SayPro Learning Portal or internal SayPro Training Dashboard.
  7. Feedback and Updates:
    • Integrate user feedback to revise training modules regularly.
    • Monitor SayPro Monthly platform changes to update content as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in content creation, instructional design, or technical writing
  • Proficient in admin-based systems, CMS, or role-based web platforms
  • Knowledge of user role management, access control systems, and digital admin configuration
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and screen recording software (e.g., Loom, Camtasia)
  • Familiarity with SayPro platform or similar classified CMS platforms is an advantage
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to deliver under deadlines

Performance Metrics

Success in this role will be evaluated based on:

  • Completion and delivery of high-quality training material on time
  • Learner engagement and performance in post-training assessments
  • Accuracy and relevance of content to SayPro’s latest platform structure
  • Positive feedback from SayPro Marketing Royalty and Classified Office reviewers
  • Quality of support provided to learners during or after course delivery
