Role Summary:

SayPro is seeking highly skilled Content Creators/Trainers to develop and deliver engaging, structured training on Classified Role Management, with a specific focus on assigning roles and permissions, managing users, and maintaining platform security. Trainers will facilitate either online or in-person sessions that equip learners with both the theoretical background and practical capabilities to operate and manage SayPro’s classified system effectively.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Training Delivery

  • Deliver structured, practical training sessions aligned with SCMR-5 SayPro Monthly Classified Role Management objectives.
  • Conduct sessions online or in-person with clear demonstrations on:
    • How to assign roles and permissions to users and administrators.
    • How to effectively manage user profiles, access levels, and account status.
    • How to implement and monitor platform security measures.
  • Provide live walkthroughs using the SayPro Classified system to simulate real scenarios for learners.
  • Ensure interactive participation through questions, quizzes, role-based assignments, and discussion.
  • Follow SayPro’s training delivery standards, emphasizing inclusion, simplicity, and empowerment.

2. Content Creation

  • Develop lesson plans, scripts, tutorials, videos, and written guides based on the SCMR-5 Role Management module.
  • Ensure all training materials are aligned with SayPro’s tone, learning objectives, and branding guidelines.
  • Create practical exercises and case studies for learners to apply knowledge in realistic settings.
  • Regularly update content to reflect platform updates and user feedback.

3. Learner Support and Assessment

  • Provide post-session support to learners via chat, email, or live Q&A sessions.
  • Evaluate learner understanding through assessments, quizzes, and role simulations.
  • Offer feedback and improvement suggestions tailored to individual learner performance.

4. Collaboration and Reporting

  • Work closely with the SayPro Marketing Royalty team and SayPro Classified Office to ensure training consistency.
  • Report on learner progress, training effectiveness, and areas for improvement.
  • Participate in monthly planning and review sessions to align training with SayPro’s evolving goals.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in training delivery, especially in digital platforms or user role management.
  • Strong understanding of user management systems, access control, and digital security.
  • Ability to create engaging digital content, both textual and multimedia.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
  • Proficiency with online collaboration and training tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet, Moodle, LMS platforms).
  • Ability to adapt content for both technical and non-technical audiences.
