Program Area: SayPro Monthly Training – SCMR-5 Classified Role Management
Location: Remote/Office-based (as applicable)
Reporting to: SayPro Learning & Development Coordinator


Job Description:

SayPro is seeking dynamic and knowledgeable Content Creators/Trainers to design and deliver engaging, practical, and impact-driven training sessions related to the SayPro Classified platform, specifically focusing on Role Management. The role requires a keen understanding of digital platform administration, instructional design, and learner engagement, particularly in the context of monthly skill-building modules.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Content Creation
    • Design and develop interactive training content for the SCMR-5 module: Assigning Roles and Permissions for Users and Administrators.
    • Develop slides, handouts, learning guides, and videos aligned with SayPro branding and instructional standards.
    • Ensure content accuracy, clarity, and relevance to SayPro’s classified software features and real-world use.
  2. Training Delivery
    • Facilitate live and recorded training sessions for learners, administrators, and internal SayPro staff.
    • Demonstrate system functionalities using the SayPro Classified platform.
  3. Assessment and Evaluation
    • Create quizzes, case studies, and feedback tools to evaluate learner understanding.
    • Conduct knowledge checks and review performance metrics of participants.
  4. Collaboration
    • Coordinate with the SayPro Classified Office and Marketing Royalty team to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
    • Participate in monthly planning sessions to align training content with other department needs.
  5. Support and Mentorship
    • Provide follow-up support and mentoring for participants after the training session.
    • Troubleshoot platform issues and assist learners in real-time exercises.

These exercises are designed to reinforce the concepts delivered during the SCMR-5 training and enable learners to apply them in a real-world context using the SayPro Classified platform.


🧠 Exercise 1: Role Identification and Mapping

Objective: Understand the different roles available in the SayPro Classified system.

Task:

  • Log in to the SayPro Admin Panel.
  • Navigate to the User Role Management section.
  • List and define the following roles:
    • Super Administrator
    • Content Manager
    • Ad Poster
    • Reviewer
    • User/Customer
  • Create a role-permission matrix showing what each role can and cannot do.

Deliverable: Submit your role matrix as a PDF or screenshot.

Task:

  • Add users and assign appropriate roles.
