🧑‍🏫 Job Description: Content Creators/Trainers

Position Summary:

Content Creators/Trainers at SayPro are responsible for developing, delivering, and supporting training content across SayPro’s Monthly Training Series and Classified Software programs. They play a crucial role in ensuring participants receive engaging, clear, and practical knowledge that can be applied within the SayPro ecosystem and beyond.


🎯 Core Responsibilities:

1. Content Development

  • Research, write, and produce course content for SayPro’s Monthly Trainings (e.g., SCMR-5).
  • Create multimedia learning materials: videos, presentations, manuals, and quizzes.
  • Ensure training materials align with SayPro’s strategic objectives and community guidelines.

2. Training Delivery

  • Host live or recorded sessions for users, administrators, and partners.
  • Offer real-time demonstrations on tools such as the Classified Role Management System.
  • Use interactive teaching techniques to boost retention and engagement.

3. SayPro Monthly January SCMR-5 Participation

  • Present or moderate sessions during the SCMR-5 monthly event.
  • Assist with content preparation, participant registration, and system testing.
  • Collect user feedback and report on engagement levels and knowledge retention.

4. SayPro Monthly Classified Role Management Training

  • Deliver training focused on assigning and managing user roles and permissions.
  • Explain the functionality of classified user types, administrator controls, and access levels.
  • Provide live walk-throughs of the system under the SayPro Classified Office direction.

5. Post-Event Support

After each SayPro Monthly event, Content Creators/Trainers are expected to:

a. Email Support

  • Respond to follow-up questions from participants within 48 hours of receiving inquiries.
  • Share reference guides, course recaps, and FAQs via email.
  • Clarify any complex topics discussed during the event (e.g., role hierarchy, classified submission flows).

b. Webinar Support

  • Schedule follow-up webinars for advanced users needing deeper insights.
  • Use screen sharing and live demos to troubleshoot challenges.
  • Record sessions and distribute recordings for wider access.

c. Resource Sharing

  • Upload all training materials to SayPro’s Learning Portal.
  • Offer participants downloadable job aids or cheat sheets for future reference.

🛠 Reporting Line & Oversight

  • Reports directly to the SayPro Classified Office.
  • Works under the direction and approval of SayPro Marketing Royalty to ensure branding, content tone, and training structure meet institutional standards.

📈 Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Timely delivery of content and post-event support.
  • Participant satisfaction scores above 85%.
  • Minimum response time of 48 hours for post-event queries.
  • Completion of two follow-up support webinars within 14 days of each training event.
