Technical Support Specialist – SayPro Classified Monthly Management

Senior Technical Lead – Classified Systems

Location:
Remote/On-site (depending on event/session requirements)
✅ Key Responsibilities
1. Session-Based Technical Troubleshooting (SCMR-5 – January & Monthly)
- Be available during all live SayPro Monthly SCMR-5 sessions.
- Troubleshoot real-time technical issues faced by participants, including:
- Platform access issues.
- Video/audio connection errors.
- Presentation display or lagging.
- Login authentication problems.
- Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level tech support promptly.
2. User & Administrator Support for Classified Role Management
- Assign, update, and audit roles and permissions for users and administrators within the SayPro Monthly Classified platform.
- Coordinate with the SayPro Classified Office to ensure roles align with task-specific access levels.
- Maintain logs of all changes made to roles and permissions.
- Train administrators on role-setting features and functionalities.
3. System Monitoring & Pre-Session Setup
- Perform system checks before each Monthly SCMR-5 session:
- Verify stable server performance.
- Test user interface and classified module integration.
- Ensure user role mapping is functional and secure.
- Support in deploying new updates or patches that may affect Classified Role Management tools.
4. User Experience Enhancement
- Provide clear, step-by-step support guides to participants and staff.
- Collect user feedback post-session to identify recurring issues or improvement areas.
- Collaborate with the development team to suggest feature enhancements based on user needs.
5. Reporting & Documentation
- Generate technical support reports for each SCMR-5 session (monthly).
- Document all troubleshooting incidents and solutions.
- Maintain a log of classified role assignments and changes.
🛠 Key Skills and Tools Required
- Strong understanding of role-based access control (RBAC).
- Proficiency in troubleshooting web platforms (especially CMS-based systems like WP Classifieds).
- Familiarity with SayPro’s backend infrastructure.
- Tools: SayPro Admin Console, Zoom/Google Meet, Slack, Jira, Trello.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
🎯 Performance Metrics
- Uptime and availability during sessions (minimum 99.5% expected).
- Resolution time for technical issues (< 10 mins preferred).
- Accuracy and security in role assignment (0 tolerance for critical role mismatches).
- Quality of user support based on post-session ratings.
