Primary Purpose of the Role:
To ensure the SayPro digital platform and physical infrastructure are fully operational for all scheduled sessions, particularly during SayPro Monthly January SCMR-5, and to manage role assignments for users and administrators within the SayPro Classified environment. The role ensures efficient user access control, system uptime, and smooth engagement for both online and in-person attendees.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Platform Setup and Operational Readiness
Objective:
Ensure that the SayPro website and associated platforms (classified modules, login portals, content areas) are live, accessible, and functional prior to and during SayPro Monthly events.
Duties Include:
- Prepare and test the SayPro website platform ahead of January SCMR-5 sessions (e.g., staging vs. live environment, backup recovery plan).
- Conduct pre-session platform audits (user logins, page loads, content access, media compatibility).
- Confirm the availability of relevant session materials (e.g., videos, documents, classified listings).
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues proactively with SayPro IT support.
- Coordinate with venue-based tech staff to ensure internet, projectors, screens, and SayPro software are functioning at in-person venues.
- Ensure compliance with accessibility standards (screen readers, language settings, alternative text, etc.).
- Monitor performance during live sessions (platform speed, downtime incidents, participant access).
2. SayPro Classified Role Management
Objective:
Administer and maintain a structured system of user roles and permissions for the SayPro Classified portal, enabling secure, functional, and efficient access control.
Duties Include:
- Assign, manage, and revoke user and administrator roles in the SayPro Classified system.
- Define and apply role-based permissions (e.g., Ad Poster, Category Manager, Moderator, Super Admin).
- Coordinate with SayPro Classified Office to align permissions with operational goals.
- Create and maintain a Role Access Matrix for all current roles across departments.
- Train administrators and users on their platform capabilities and limitations based on roles assigned.
- Review role activities for compliance and security (logs, changes, updates).
- Ensure proper documentation and logging of all role assignments and modifications.
- Enforce data privacy and security protocols when granting classified ad management access.
3. Collaboration and Reporting
Duties Include:
- Submit pre- and post-session readiness reports to SayPro Marketing Royalty and SayPro Classified Office.
- Work closely with SayPro Program Managers to ensure synchronization between session agendas and platform availability.
- Provide weekly updates on role management issues, improvements, and access statistics.
- Participate in Monthly Classified Review Meetings under SCMR-5 agenda.
- Provide feedback and recommendations for platform enhancement or policy updates.
Key Skills and Competencies:
- Proficiency with CMS and classified ad platforms (e.g., WordPress Classifieds plugins, user role plugins).
- Strong understanding of role-based access control (RBAC).
- Tech-savvy with experience in web infrastructure, system testing, and virtual event platforms.
- Excellent communication and training delivery for non-technical staff.
- Analytical mindset for performance monitoring and reporting.
