1. Generate Detailed Reports

  • Key Objective: The employee is responsible for creating in-depth and accurate reports that provide valuable insights into the performance of classified ads, revenue trends, and customer engagement. These reports will play a pivotal role in strategic decision-making and business analysis within the SayPro platform.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to Include in Reports:
  • Sales Volume:
    • Track and report the total number of classified ads sold over a defined period (monthly, quarterly, etc.).
    • Provide detailed breakdowns of sales by category, region, and product type to identify trends and opportunities.
    • Compare sales volume year-over-year (YoY) and month-over-month (MoM) to assess growth or decline.
  • Revenue Per Ad:
    • Calculate and report the average revenue generated per classified ad.
    • Break down revenue by ad type (premium, standard, featured, etc.) to identify high-performing products or services.
    • Analyze factors influencing ad performance such as ad duration, category, and customer demographics.
  • Customer Engagement:
    • Measure and report on the level of engagement for each classified ad, including clicks, views, interactions, and conversions.
    • Track engagement metrics across different platforms (mobile, desktop) and marketing channels (social media, search engines, etc.).
    • Provide insights into the correlation between customer engagement and ad revenue, highlighting areas for improvement.

    • Data Sources: Pull data from SayPro’s internal CRM and sales tracking systems to ensure comprehensive and up-to-date reporting.
    • Content: This report will include summaries of sales volume, revenue per ad, customer interactions, and comparisons to previous months or target goals.
  • SayPro Marketing Royalty SCMR:
    • Scope: Report detailing ad sales performance and associated marketing royalties.
    • Frequency: This report will be generated monthly to track the success of marketing initiatives related to the classified ads and provide insight into the royalties owed to marketing channels.
    • Data Sources: Utilize data from the marketing department, sales data, and royalty tracking systems to calculate the earnings and contributions of different marketing efforts.
    • Content: The report will include the following sections:
      • Revenue from Ads: Total revenue generated from ads linked to marketing campaigns.
      • Marketing Channel Effectiveness: Measure the performance of each marketing channel and how it contributes to ad sales.
