Key Responsibilities:
- Track Campaign Delivery:
- Monitor the delivery rates of renewal reminder emails sent out for ad renewals as part of the SayPro Monthly Classified Renewal Reminders campaign.
- Ensure that the renewal reminders are being delivered to the correct recipient list, with no undelivered emails or bounced back due to incorrect contact information.
- Work with the IT and marketing teams to troubleshoot and resolve any delivery issues.
- Monitor Email Open Rates:
- Track the open rates of renewal reminder emails to assess customer engagement.
- Identify trends in open rates by segmenting the audience based on demographic data or engagement history (e.g., users who opened or ignored the email).

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience in email marketing, campaign tracking, or data analysis.
