Job Overview:

The Analytics and Monitoring Specialist will be responsible for setting up tracking tools and monitoring systems to oversee the registration and login activities within the SayPro Monthly Classified platform. The specialist will focus on identifying trends, spotting potential issues, and improving the user experience by analyzing user behavior data. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the successful implementation of user registration and login features under the SayPro Monthly January SCMR-5 initiative, managed by the SayPro Classified Office in collaboration with the SayPro Marketing Royalty SCMR department.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Tracking Tools Setup and Integration:
    • Set up and configure appropriate tracking tools, such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, or proprietary solutions, to monitor user registration and login activities.
    • Integrate tracking features within the classified platform, ensuring that all data points related to user activity (e.g., sign-ups, logins, failed attempts) are captured.
    • Work with developers to ensure proper coding and implementation of tracking scripts on all user registration/login pages.
  2. Data Collection and Analysis:
    • Collect and analyze data on registration and login trends, identifying key metrics (e.g., registration success rate, time spent on registration page, bounce rate, login failures).

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Technical proficiency in HTML, JavaScript, and experience working with web developers to implement tracking scripts.
