Position Title: System Setup and Integration Specialist

Job Summary:

The System Setup and Integration Specialist will be responsible for the implementation, configuration, and optimization of key system features for SayPro’s classified ads platform. This role will focus on the integration of user registration, login, and security features to ensure a secure and seamless user experience. The specialist will implement email verification, password recovery, and multi-factor authentication to enhance the platform’s security while ensuring ease of use for end users. The role will also involve collaborating with the SayPro Marketing team to ensure that the integration meets project goals and security standards.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. User Registration and Login System Implementation:
    • Develop and integrate user registration and login features, allowing for easy account creation and secure access.
    • Collaborate with the SayPro Classified Office team to ensure seamless integration with other system components and databases.
    • Design the user interface (UI) for registration and login forms, ensuring a user-friendly experience.
    • Conduct thorough testing to ensure that the registration process works without issues across different devices and browsers.
  2. Security Features Implementation:
    • Implement email verification for new user accounts to ensure accurate user information and prevent fraudulent registrations.
    • Design and deploy a password recovery system to help users reset their passwords securely through a series of well-defined steps.
    • Integrate multi-factor authentication (MFA) to add an extra layer of security, requiring users to verify their identity using multiple methods (e.g., SMS, email, or authenticator apps).
    • Regularly test and monitor these security features to ensure they remain effective against emerging threats.
  3. Collaboration with SayPro Marketing Royalty SCMR Team:
    • Work closely with the SayPro Marketing Royalty SCMR team to align user registration and login features with ongoing marketing campaigns.
    • Support the integration of marketing features (e.g., user-specific offers or promotions) into the registration and login flows.
    • Provide technical insights and recommendations to the marketing team to improve user acquisition and retention through the registration process.
  4. System Testing and Optimization:
    • Perform detailed testing of user registration, login, and security features across different user scenarios and environments.
    • Troubleshoot any issues related to registration or security features, ensuring rapid resolution.
    • Analyze user feedback and system logs to identify areas for improvement or optimization.
    • Work with the QA (Quality Assurance) team to perform security audits and vulnerability assessments of the implemented features.
  5. Documentation and Reporting:
    • Create detailed documentation for all implemented features, including registration, login, and security systems.
    • Provide regular reports on the progress of system integrations, including any issues encountered and steps taken to resolve them.
    • Keep the SayPro Classified Office and SayPro Marketing Royalty SCMR teams informed on any updates or changes to the registration and login systems.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • Proven experience in system integration, with a focus on user registration, authentication, and security.
    • Experience with implementing and managing multi-factor authentication (MFA), password recovery, and email verification features.
    • Familiarity with the latest web security protocols and best practices for user data protection.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Strong understanding of web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, etc.).
    • Experience with backend programming languages and frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Python, Laravel, etc.).
    • Knowledge of database management (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and user authentication systems (OAuth, JWT).
    • Familiarity with security protocols such as SSL/TLS, HTTPS, and data encryption techniques.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
    • Problem-solving abilities, with a focus on addressing user experience and security challenges.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
