Position Title: Integration Specialist – Classified Ad Features
Department: SayPro Classified Ad Integration Team
Reports To: SayPro Marketing Manager, SayPro Classified Office
Position Overview:
The Integration Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the seamless integration of the user registration system with key features of the SayPro Classified platform. This includes ensuring the registration and login processes are effectively tied into other platform functionalities, such as search, filters, and notifications. The role will focus on supporting the seamless user experience from registration to usage, ensuring that all integrated features are operational and user-friendly.
This position is key to maintaining the integrity of user data across the platform while enhancing the overall user journey in alignment with SayPro’s Marketing Royalty SCMR initiative.
Key Responsibilities:
- User Registration & Login Integration:
- Implement and maintain the user registration and login systems, ensuring they are seamlessly integrated with all classified ad functionalities on the SayPro platform.
- Ensure users are able to register, log in, and recover their accounts efficiently, with minimal disruption to the user experience.
- Integrate registration data with user profile management, ensuring all personal information is handled securely and accurately.
- Integration with Classified Ad Features:
- Work closely with the SayPro Classified Ad Team to integrate user registration into the classified ad system, including ad submissions, editing, and management.
- Ensure users are able to search, filter, and view ads based on their preferences, while also ensuring their preferences are saved between sessions.
- Collaborate with the tech team to incorporate notification settings for users about ad updates, approvals, expirations, or renewals.
- Search and Filters Integration:
- Ensure the registration system works effectively with the search and filtering mechanisms on the classified ads platform, ensuring users can quickly find relevant listings.
- Provide support for integrating user-specific data, such as location or category preferences, into the search and filter processes, providing a tailored user experience.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to search or filter functionality that may be impacted by the user registration system.
- Notification Integration:
- Coordinate the integration of user registration with the platform’s notification system, ensuring users receive timely alerts about their classified ads or actions on the site.
- Develop automated workflows that trigger notifications based on user activities, such as account creation, ad submissions, ad renewals, or responses to ad inquiries.
- Ensure users can manage notification preferences through their user profiles, providing flexibility for their communication settings.
- User Experience Optimization:
- Continuously analyze user behavior and feedback to ensure the registration and login processes are smooth and intuitive, identifying potential improvements.
- Work with the UX/UI team to design seamless interfaces for the registration, login, and classified ad management systems.
- Conduct testing to verify that the integration processes are free of bugs and provide a seamless experience for users across devices and browsers.
- Collaboration with Marketing & Development Teams:
- Collaborate with the SayPro Marketing team to ensure the integration aligns with ongoing marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Work closely with the development team to troubleshoot integration issues, optimize performance, and implement platform updates or feature enhancements.
- Support the SayPro Marketing Royalty SCMR initiative by ensuring all features related to classified ads are compliant with the required marketing strategies.
- Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain thorough documentation of integration procedures, code changes, and technical requirements for user registration and classified ad features.
- Prepare and deliver regular progress reports on the integration process, identifying key milestones, timelines, and any challenges encountered.
- Training & Support:
- Provide training and technical support for other departments, including marketing and customer support teams, to ensure they understand how the user registration system integrates with the classified ad features.
- Offer troubleshooting assistance to users who experience issues with the registration process, ad management, or notifications.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Experience:
- 2-3 years of experience in software development or platform integration, preferably in the classified ad or e-commerce industry.
- Experience working with user registration systems, login integrations, and data synchronization across platforms.
- Familiarity with integrating third-party services for notifications, filters, and search functionality.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of web development technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
- Proficient in database management, including SQL.
- Knowledge of user authentication and security practices.
- Experience with cloud-based infrastructure and APIs.
- Familiarity with agile development processes and version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication skills for cross-team collaboration.

- User Engagement: Successful implementation of integrated features that lead to increased user interaction, such as higher registration completion rates and increased classified ad submissions.
- System Performance: Minimization of technical issues relating to the registration and integration systems, with a focus on quick issue resolution.
- User Feedback: Positive user feedback regarding ease of registration, login, and usage of classified ad features.
- Adoption Rate: High adoption rate of integrated features such as saved filters, search preferences, and notifications, as measured by user activity data.
