SayPro Monthly March SCMR-5 SayPro Monthly Classified User Communication: Enable direct messaging between users and admins by SayPro Classified Office under SayPro Marketing Royalty
Job Purpose:
The primary objective of this role is to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of communication via the SayPro Classified platform by monitoring incoming messages and ensuring timely, relevant responses. Additionally, the role includes overseeing the implementation and management of clean, SEO-optimized URL structures for all classified ad listings to ensure user-friendliness, clarity, and improved search engine visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Monitor Incoming Messages (SCMR-5 – March Monthly):
- Regularly check all incoming messages on the SayPro Classified platform.
- Filter and prioritize messages based on urgency and relevance.
- Ensure responses are aligned with SayPro’s tone, branding, and professional standards.
- Collaborate with various departments (Support, Marketing, Technical) for appropriate responses.
- Maintain a tracking log for message volumes, categories, and response timelines.
- Follow up on pending communications to ensure issue resolution and user satisfaction.
- Generate a monthly report (e.g., SayPro March SCMR-5) summarizing message handling statistics and insights.
2. Manage Classified URL Structures:
- Implement and maintain clean, descriptive URLs for all SayPro ad listings (e.g.,
saypro.org/classifieds/category/ad-title
). - Collaborate with web developers to enforce URL best practices across categories, regions, and ad types.
- Audit current URLs for consistency, readability, and search engine optimization (SEO) compliance.
- Ensure each URL is logically structured, keyword-rich, and human-readable for better user experience and indexing.
- Address any broken or redirected URLs to maintain seamless navigation and trust.
3. Cross-Team Coordination:
- Coordinate with the SayPro Classified Office and the broader SayPro Marketing Royalty team to align on message and branding standards.
- Participate in monthly strategic meetings to report on communications and suggest improvements.
- Work with the content team to update outdated ad listings and maintain high-quality data on classified pages.
4. Quality Assurance:
- Perform quality checks on message response formats and URL structures.
- Report and resolve technical glitches or non-functional message systems with the IT department.
- Contribute to drafting SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for managing messages and URL protocols.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Response time to user inquiries (average and maximum wait times).
- Number of messages handled per week/month.
- Accuracy and clarity of URL formats.
- SEO performance improvements (click-through rates, bounce rates, ranking positions).
- User satisfaction ratings related to communication and navigation.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in digital communications, content management, or SEO.
- Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Familiarity with URL structures and SEO best practices.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
- Technical aptitude with content management systems (CMS), especially WordPress or similar platforms.
Reporting Line:
Reports to the SayPro Marketing Royalty – Classified Operations Manager
Work Environment:
- Remote or office-based, depending on the SayPro operational structure.
- Requires regular internet access and use of SayPro’s internal management systems.
- May involve occasional weekend or evening work to ensure 24/7 coverage of critical communications.
