SayPro Monthly March SCMR-5 SayPro Monthly Classified URL Structure: Use clean and descriptive URLs for ad listings by SayPro Classified Office under SayPro Marketing Royalty

Objective

To enhance SEO performance, improve user experience, and increase ad visibility, SayPro will optimize over 200 classified ad URLs. This process will include the restructuring of existing URLs to be clean, readable, keyword-rich, and properly categorized, aligning with the guidelines in SCMR-5.

The initiative is part of SayPro’s broader Marketing Royalty Strategy, aimed at consolidating SayPro’s online classified platform as a top destination for relevant, high-quality ads. The March SCMR-5 directive highlights the importance of URL optimization as a key driver of organic traffic, ad discoverability, and user trust.


📌 Targeted URL Structure (Guidelines from SCMR-5)

March 2025 – Audit and Strategy Design

  • ✅ Audit existing ad URLs across SayPro’s classified platform
  • ✅ Identify 200+ ads with suboptimal or outdated URLs
  • ✅ Create a prioritized optimization list based on:
    • Traffic volume
    • Ad category (jobs, events, services, etc.)
    • Relevance and longevity
  • ✅ Design SEO-optimized URL templates for top-level categories and subcategories

April 2025 – URL Rewrite and SEO Tagging

  • 🔁 Begin rewriting URLs in batches of 50 per week
  • 🔍 Review metadata and H1 titles for alignment with URL content
  • 🧠 Ensure 301 redirects are properly set for old URLs to avoid broken links
  • 🧪 Run A/B tests on a subset of listings to measure click-through and bounce rate improvements

May 2025 – Monitoring and Reporting

  • 📈 Monitor traffic, ranking, and user interaction on optimized URLs
  • 📊 Generate a monthly impact report for May showing before-and-after SEO performance
  • 📝 Document optimization best practices for replication in other quarters
  • 🗣️ Submit feedback to SayPro Marketing Royalty for inclusion in the June SCMR strategy
