Job Purpose:
To analyze and interpret campaign performance data, specifically for SayPro Monthly SCMR-5 and Quarterly Geolocation Classified Management, to drive actionable insights and improve the efficiency, targeting, and impact of SayPro’s classified advertising strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Campaign Data Analysis – SayPro Monthly March SCMR-5
- Extract, review, and analyze performance data from SCMR-5 reports.
- Identify key metrics such as impressions, clicks, conversions, bounce rates, cost per acquisition (CPA) and return on investment (ROI).
- Compare results to monthly benchmarks and historical data.
- Present monthly trend analysis reports highlighting high-performing and underperforming campaigns.
- Coordinate with content creators and media buyers to refine campaign creatives based on data.
2. Geolocation Features Monitoring – Quarterly Classified Reports
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of SayPro’s Geolocation Targeting Features on classified platforms.
- Analyze user engagement across different regions or geotargeted segments (click-through rates, ad reach, user dwell time).
- Provide quarterly performance dashboards, including maps and visual data representations.
- Suggest improvements to enhance localized ad delivery and regional campaign effectiveness.
- Work with the SayPro Classified Office to adjust location settings, target preferences, and region-specific strategies.
3. Collaboration and Reporting
- Collaborate closely with the SayPro Classified Office to ensure that classified campaign geolocation features are aligned with strategic marketing goals.
- Submit reports and recommendations to SayPro Marketing Royalty for strategic direction.
- Participate in monthly performance review meetings, providing analytical support and strategic advice.
- Work with internal departments (IT, Data, Marketing, Regional Teams) to ensure data accuracy and operational alignment.
4. Campaign Optimization Recommendations
- Use data to recommend campaign adjustments, such as:
- Timing changes for better engagement
- Regional budget allocation
- Improved copy, images, or layout in classified listings
- Track changes post-implementation to assess performance improvements.
5. Tools and Systems
- Work with analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SayPro SCMR-5 Dashboard, Geolocation Performance Trackers).
- Maintain records and performance databases for both monthly and quarterly reporting cycles.
- Ensure GDPR and POPIA compliance in all data analysis and handling.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Knowledge of online advertising metrics and KPIs
- Understanding of classified ad technologies and geolocation targeting
- Ability to translate data into clear, strategic insights
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in campaign analytics or digital marketing
- Experience with classified ad systems or geolocation advertising is an advantage
