Role Overview:
The Campaign Performance Analyst is responsible for collecting, interpreting, and reporting on data related to advertising campaigns run through SayPro’s Monthly SCMR-5 campaign initiatives and the Classified Geolocation Features. This position ensures that all marketing strategies are data-driven and performance-optimized, providing decision-making support to campaign managers and executive leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Analyze Campaign Performance – SayPro Monthly March SCMR-5
- Interpret performance metrics from monthly SCMR-5 campaign data.
- Track and compare key performance indicators (KPIs) such as:
- Click-through rates (CTR)
- Impressions and reach
- Cost per lead/acquisition (CPL/CPA)
- Conversion rates by ad type or audience segment
- Identify high- and low-performing channels (e.g., social, classifieds, newsletters).
- Generate monthly performance dashboards and summary reports.
- Present recommendations for improvement based on observed trends and variances.
2. Assess Classified Geolocation Features (Quarterly)
- Evaluate performance of classified campaigns segmented by geolocation features (e.g., city, province, region).
- Utilize GIS data or embedded geolocation analytics to understand audience behavior and local performance.
- Compare quarterly trends against campaign objectives and previous quarters.
- Provide insights into how geolocation impacts:
- Ad visibility and engagement
- Customer behavior patterns
- Localized content effectiveness
3. Coordination with SayPro Classified Office
- Collaborate with the Classified Office to ensure data collection mechanisms are accurate and standardized.
- Support technical teams in optimizing classified listing placements and geolocation tagging based on performance data.
- Assist in planning A/B tests to improve regional targeting strategies.
4. Support SayPro Marketing Royalty Initiatives
- Align campaign analysis with overall brand strategy and Royalty campaign goals.
- Recommend innovations or technology integrations to enhance marketing ROI.
- Provide weekly and quarterly feedback loops to executive stakeholders.
Required Skills and Competencies:
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Familiarity with campaign performance tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, GIS tools).
- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or Tableau for reporting.
- Understanding of classified ad systems and geolocation technologies.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Effective communicator, both written and verbal.
Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Timeliness and accuracy of monthly and quarterly reports.
- Percentage improvement in campaign effectiveness based on analyst recommendations.
- Stakeholder satisfaction score from Classified Office and Royalty team.
- Reduction in cost per acquisition or improved ROI quarter-over-quarter.
