Position Overview:
The SayPro Classified Rating and Reviews Manager is responsible for the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the rating and review systems for classified ads and sellers on the SayPro platform. This position will work closely with the development, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure that the rating and review system provides valuable feedback, builds trust among users, and contributes to an enhanced customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- System Development and Implementation:
- Collaborate with the development team to design, develop, and implement a robust, user-friendly rating and review system for ads and sellers.
- Ensure that the system aligns with the business goals of SayPro Classified and enhances the overall user experience.
- Work alongside the SayPro Classified Office under the SayPro Marketing Royalty SCMR to implement the system.
- Oversee the integration of the rating and review system within the existing SayPro Classified platform, ensuring seamless functionality across web and mobile interfaces.
- System Testing and Optimization:
- Conduct regular testing of the rating and review system to ensure functionality, reliability, and user satisfaction.
- Gather feedback from users and stakeholders, analyze system performance, and implement improvements to address issues or enhance the user experience.
- Work with the technical team to troubleshoot and resolve any system-related problems that arise.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Monitor, analyze, and report on rating and review data to assess the impact of the system on user engagement, satisfaction, and platform trust.
- Provide actionable insights to the management team regarding trends, user sentiment, and areas of improvement based on user feedback.
- Create monthly and quarterly performance reports, tracking key metrics such as user ratings, reviews, and overall satisfaction with the system.
