    4. Submission to Additional Search Engines:
      • Identify and use other relevant search engines and directories supporting XML sitemaps (e.g., Yandex, DuckDuckGo via indexing APIs).
      • Maintain submission logs and status tracking.
    5. Monitoring & Reporting:
      • Monitor sitemap indexing results on all platforms.
      • Compile a monthly report including:
        • Date/time of submission
        • URLs submitted
        • Search engine responses
        • Detected errors or crawl warnings
        • Indexed URLs vs. submitted URLs
    6. Collaboration with Developers:
      • Work with the SayPro Classified Software Developers to address sitemap errors such as:
        • Broken links
        • Redirect loops
        • Disallowed URLs in robots.txt
        • Duplicate content issues
    7. Archiving & Documentation:
      • Archive each month’s sitemap file and submission reports for internal auditing.
      • Maintain documentation of submission procedures and update SOPs as needed.

    Qualifications & Skills:

    • Knowledge of SEO fundamentals and sitemap structures (XML format).
    • Experience with Google Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools, and other webmaster platforms.
    • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and classified ad platforms.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve sitemap issues.
    • Good communication skills to coordinate with technical and content teams.

    Performance Indicators:

    • Timely submission of monthly sitemaps (within first 3 working days of the month).
    • High sitemap indexing rate (aim: >90% of URLs indexed).
    • Number of sitemap errors resolved each month.
    • Accurate documentation and reporting in SCMR logs.
