    Position Overview:

    The Test Post-Optimization Specialist will be responsible for implementing and managing A/B testing and user testing strategies to assess the effectiveness of design changes in the SayPro Monthly January SCMR-5. This role focuses on ensuring that design elements and features on the SayPro Monthly Classified Touchscreen interface are optimized for mobile users, offering a user-friendly experience while maintaining high levels of user satisfaction.

    The role will operate under the SayPro Classified Office and be a part of the SayPro Marketing Royalty SCMR initiative. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including designers, developers, and product managers, to ensure that design improvements are both user-centric and aligned with organizational goals.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. A/B Testing & User Testing Strategy:
      • Develop and implement A/B testing frameworks for evaluating new design elements on SayPro Monthly Classified interfaces.
      • Design and execute user testing groups to gather direct feedback on changes to the touch interface.
      • Ensure that user groups are representative of the overall customer base to gain accurate insights into design effectiveness.
    2. Design Element Evaluation:
      • Collaborate with the design team to identify key design elements that need optimization based on previous user behavior data.
      • Analyze mobile user interactions and propose changes that improve usability and engagement on touchscreen interfaces.
      • Monitor the success of mobile-first design principles and ensure compliance with best practices for touchscreen interfaces.
    3. Mobile Usability Focus:
      • Ensure all design updates maintain or enhance mobile usability, especially for users interacting with the touchscreen interface.
      • Focus on touch-friendly interfaces, ensuring intuitive navigation and minimizing friction for users accessing the platform via smartphones and tablets.
    4. Data Analysis and Reporting:
      • Analyze the results of A/B testing and user testing to determine which design elements are improving or hindering user experience.
      • Provide detailed reports on the effectiveness of changes, using metrics like user satisfaction, interaction rates, and conversion rates.
      • Make actionable recommendations based on test results to guide future optimizations.
    5. Collaboration & Communication:
      • Work closely with marketing and development teams to integrate feedback from A/B testing and user testing into ongoing design iterations.
      • Communicate findings clearly and effectively to stakeholders across the SayPro Classified Office and SayPro Marketing Royalty SCMR.
      • Share insights and improvements that drive business outcomes, such as increased user retention and satisfaction.
    6. Continuous Improvement:
      • Maintain an ongoing cycle of testing and optimizing design elements based on user feedback and industry trends.
      • Stay updated on the latest mobile usability trends, ensuring SayPro maintains a competitive edge in user experience.

      • Ensure that user experience is at the heart of all design decisions, advocating for mobile users, especially those using touchscreen devices.
      • Conduct user research, surveys, and interviews to gather feedback directly from users about the usability and functionality of the platform.

    Qualifications:

    • Experience:
      • Proven experience in A/B testing, usability testing, and optimization, specifically in a digital/mobile environment.
      • Previous work with mobile-first design principles, particularly for touchscreen interfaces.
      • Experience in product management, UX/UI design, or a related field.
    • Skills:
      • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret test results and turn them into actionable insights.
      • Excellent communication skills to report findings and collaborate across teams.
      • Familiarity with testing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Optimize, Optimizely, or similar A/B testing tools).
      • Knowledge of user behavior and mobile usability best practices.
    • Education:
      • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, UX/UI Design, Computer Science, etc.) or equivalent work experience.

    Work Environment:

    Job Summary:

    The Touchscreen Usability Tester plays a crucial role in the optimization process of SayPro Classifieds’ mobile and touchscreen interfaces. After improvements are made to the classified section, this position will conduct usability tests with real users to ensure that the interface is optimized for touchscreen interactions. This role directly supports the SayPro Monthly January SCMR-5 initiative, which focuses on improving user experience (UX) for mobile users accessing the SayPro Classifieds platform via touchscreens.

    The primary responsibility of this position is to assess and validate the efficiency, effectiveness, and satisfaction of the user interface on mobile devices, ensuring it is both intuitive and seamless for users. The tester will work closely with the SayPro Marketing Royalty SCMR team and the SayPro Classified Office to implement and monitor the changes based on real-user feedback.

    1. Post-Optimization Testing:
      • Conduct detailed usability tests with real users after improvements are made to the classified section.

      • Perform tests on various mobile devices to ensure broad compatibility across different screen sizes, operating systems, and browsers.
      • Ensure that the updated features are fully optimized for touchscreen devices (smartphones and tablets).
    2. User Interaction Analysis:
      • Observe and document user interactions during testing sessions.
      • Measure key usability metrics such as time to task completion, user error rates, and user satisfaction levels.
      • Capture qualitative feedback regarding the ease of navigation, readability, and overall user experience.
    3. User Feedback Collection:
      • Conduct surveys and interviews with users post-test to gain deeper insights into their experience.

    Skills and Qualifications:

    • Experience:
      • Proven experience in usability testing, with a focus on mobile platforms and touchscreen devices.
      • Background in UX/UI design, usability research, or software testing is highly preferred.
      • Experience with usability testing tools and software (e.g., UserTesting, Hotjar, Maze, Lookback.io) is an advantage.
