This role involves ensuring seamless sharing of classified ads across various social media platforms while maintaining high standards of security to prevent spam and malware attacks on the platform.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Select Social Media Integration Tools:
      • Identify and evaluate suitable tools/plugins: Research and select the most effective social media integration tools or plugins that allow classified ads posted on SayPro’s platform to be shared seamlessly across popular social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn).
      • Ensure cross-platform compatibility: The selected tools should work across various social media networks and be compatible with SayPro’s platform architecture.
      • Test integration for functionality and usability: Ensure that social media buttons or sharing widgets are fully functional and provide a user-friendly experience for both the users and administrators.
      • Optimize for engagement: Focus on selecting tools that not only allow easy sharing but also increase user engagement with the posts (e.g., adding options for liking, commenting, and sharing).
      • Monitor performance and troubleshoot: Regularly monitor the performance of social media integration tools, troubleshoot any issues, and implement updates or fixes as needed.
      • Collaborate with marketing team: Work with the marketing department to ensure that the selected tools align with SayPro’s brand objectives and strategies.
    2. Ensure Social Media Sharing Enhances User Experience:

    3. Implement Spam and Malware Protection Tools:
      • Select and install security software: Choose and implement security software solutions that protect SayPro’s classified ads platform from spam, malware, and other malicious activities. Ensure that the tools are integrated seamlessly with the platform.
      • Monitor classified ads for security threats: Regularly review classified ads for any signs of malicious content, spam, or fraudulent activity. Work with the IT team to update malware detection and spam protection systems.
      • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations: Implement measures to protect users’ data while ensuring that the platform complies with data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
      • Report security incidents: Document and report any security incidents or breaches, and work with the technical team to mitigate threats.

      • User training and documentation: Provide training for the internal team on how to use the tools effectively and create detailed documentation for future reference.

This task will be done according to the SayPro Monthly SCMR-5 guidelines under the SayPro Classified Office and aligned with the SayPro Marketing Royalty SCMR. The goal is to implement a robust security framework that guards against spam, malware, and other potential security risks, ensuring a smooth operation of the classified section.

    Task Breakdown:

    1. Ensure Latest Security Software Version Installation
      • Responsible Team: IT Department, Security Team
      • Deadline: End of Month (January)
      • Details:
        • Identify and procure the latest version of security software designed to protect against malware, spam, phishing attacks, and any other security vulnerabilities.
        • Ensure compatibility of the security software with the existing system configurations and infrastructure.
        • Download and install the latest security software on all systems that manage the SayPro classified section, including any web servers, databases, and admin systems.

    The Security Software Implementation Specialist is responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining advanced security software tools to detect and prevent spam and malware attacks on SayPro Classified platforms. The specialist will ensure that SayPro’s classified systems remain protected from cyber threats, maintaining a secure digital environment for users.

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Security Software Implementation & Management

    • Install, configure, and optimize security software specifically designed to prevent spam and malware.
    • Ensure seamless integration of security tools with SayPro Classified systems.
    • Test and troubleshoot security software post-implementation.
    • Regularly update and upgrade security software to the latest versions.

    2. Spam and Malware Protection

    • Implement filters and firewalls to block spam, phishing attempts, and malware.
    • Monitor classified ad submissions for suspicious activities and malicious content.
    • Conduct regular security scans and vulnerability assessments to detect threats.
    • Respond to security breaches and take corrective actions immediately.

    3. Monitoring and Reporting

    5. Technical Support and Maintenance

    • Provide ongoing technical support for security software users.

    Required Qualifications & Experience

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field.
    • Experience: 3+ years of experience in security software implementation and IT security.
    • Technical Skills:
      • Experience with anti-malware, anti-spam, and firewall tools.
      • Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and risk assessment tools.
      • Proficiency in Linux and Windows security configurations.
      • Familiarity with classified ad software security.
    • Soft Skills:
