Job Overview:
As a Monitor User Feedback & Touchscreen Usability Specialist at SayPro, you will be responsible for ensuring the continuous improvement of the user experience for SayPro Classified Software. Your main duties will involve collecting, analyzing, and acting upon user feedback, as well as ensuring the software is optimized for mobile usage, particularly focusing on enhancing touchscreen usability. This will include monitoring user interactions, encouraging feedback through surveys and in-app prompts, and working closely with the development team to implement necessary changes for both user interface and mobile responsiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and Collect User Feedback:
- Implement and maintain systems to regularly gather feedback from users about their experience with SayPro Classified Software. This may include surveys, in-app prompts, feedback forms, or through social media and customer support channels.
- Regularly review and analyze collected feedback to identify common themes, issues, and suggestions for improvement.
- Maintain and update feedback tracking systems to ensure user issues are captured efficiently and addressed promptly.
- Prioritize user feedback based on urgency, impact, and feasibility in collaboration with the product development and customer support teams.
- Encourage User Participation:
- Develop and deploy engaging in-app prompts and notifications to encourage users to provide feedback on their experience with the SayPro platform.
- Utilize various channels such as email campaigns, push notifications, or in-app surveys to gather insights about usability, functionality, and user satisfaction.
- Create incentives or rewards for users who regularly provide useful feedback or participate in surveys to foster a more engaged community.
- Analyze and Report Trends:
- Continuously monitor feedback for trends in user complaints, satisfaction, or suggestions, and compile reports on findings.
- Present monthly reports to senior management (SayPro Marketing Royalty SCMR) outlining key user insights and actionable steps for enhancing user experience.
- Provide recommendations to enhance the interface, streamline processes, and remove barriers based on feedback.
- Touchscreen Usability Optimization:
- Lead the effort to ensure that SayPro Classified Software is optimized for mobile use, with a particular emphasis on touchscreen usability.
- Ensure that the user interface (UI) is intuitive, responsive, and optimized for touchscreen devices (smartphones, tablets).
- Collaborate with the UI/UX design team to improve touch gestures, navigation elements, and layout that enhance user interaction on mobile devices.
- Regularly test and assess the touch functionality of SayPro Classified Software across a variety of mobile devices and platforms to identify issues such as touch sensitivity, screen resolution compatibility, or loading times.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with the development and design teams to translate user feedback into actionable features and improvements.
- Communicate user-reported issues and their urgency effectively with relevant teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Facilitate user testing for new features and functionalities to validate their effectiveness before full-scale deployment.
- Documentation & Feedback Loop:
- Document the steps taken to resolve user issues and ensure they are followed through to completion.
- Maintain an ongoing feedback loop with users by sharing how their input has led to changes or improvements in the platform.
- Ensure user feedback is reflected in updated FAQs, help documents, and release notes for transparency and trust-building.
- Monthly Reporting for SCMR-5 SayPro Monthly:
- Contribute to the SayPro Monthly Classified Touchscreen Usability Report (January SCMR-5), focusing on mobile interface improvements, feedback trends, and user satisfaction metrics.
- Highlight key performance indicators (KPIs) such as user engagement with mobile features, overall satisfaction scores, and the impact of improvements on usability.
Qualifications:
- Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, User Experience (UX) Design, or related field.
- Certifications in UX/UI Design, Mobile Usability, or Product Management are a plus.
- Experience Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in a similar role, particularly focusing on user feedback analysis, usability testing, and mobile interface optimization.
- Strong understanding of mobile-first design principles, especially for touchscreen devices (smartphones, tablets).
- Proven experience in managing user feedback loops, surveys, and analyzing large datasets of user responses.
- Familiarity with customer support platforms, feedback collection tools, and mobile design principles.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret user feedback and translate it into actionable improvements.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to report feedback and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Expertise in mobile user experience and usability best practices, especially for touchscreen devices.
- Familiarity with UI/UX tools, such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch, is advantageous.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining a high standard of work quality.
